Job Overview We are seeking knowledgeable, customer‑focused technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks. The role includes planned maintenance, tool inventory management, and paperwork completion.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
Good mechanical and electrical aptitude, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Good written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment.
Familiarity with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and testing equipment.
Industry related training.
Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow through.
