Electrical Foreman – Compu Dynamics
Join our installation team at Compu Dynamics, a leading technology infrastructure design‑build partner. We design, construct and maintain mission‑critical data centers for the world’s most innovative companies.
Base Pay Range $40.00/hr – $40.00/hr
Sign‑On Bonus $5,000 – $10,000 (must have Journeyman/Master's license)
Responsibilities
Oversee job sites, act as crew leader and/or foreman as needed
Mentor and train junior electricians
Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and equipment
Locate underground electrical utilities for various projects
Measure, cut and bend wire and conduit
Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
Operate hand and power tools, gauges and measuring equipment for installations or service
Inspect and test components such as transformers, transfer switches and switch gears
Supervise inspections and repairs on main power distribution systems, panel boards and other electrical systems
Oversee line‑voltage repairs on HVAC systems
Record and report faults, deficiencies and other occurrences, including time and materials expended on work orders
Conduct tests and inspections to evaluate quality or performance
Respond to emergency power and backup system failures
Communicate job status, issues, recommendations to management
Provide timely documentation of work performed
Drive company vehicle throughout the service area following all local laws
Operate vehicles and equipment safely, adhere to safety protocols and report hazards and risks
Required Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
At least 8 years’ experience in the field or related area
Master Electrician license or equivalent training and experience
Valid driver’s license in good standing
Preferred Education & Experience
Experience with data centers
