We are searching for a hardworking, self‑motivated, and experienced individual who is looking for a full‑time, year‑round opportunity to join the number one window manufacturer in the country.
Responsibilities
Supervise the installation crews to assess the quality of installation and customer satisfaction.
Adjust the installation schedule based on customer changes, weather, and other contributing factors.
Complete jobs in the system to ensure installation crews are compensated for completed work in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot jobs by manually fixing issues on‑site and assisting with customer needs.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety standards.
Lead employees to outstanding performance through consistent coaching and feedback.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and vehicle capable of transporting materials.
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in Residential Construction and Project Management.
Window and door installation experience preferred.
Customer service experience with job troubleshooting as a key component.
Good computer skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport.
Creating a sense of urgency with field crews.
Excel at delivering for customers.
Ability to exist and excel in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to quickly and competently handle one‑off situations.
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary plus bonus incentive with current Project Managers earning an average of $106,000 or more annually.
Vehicle stipend of $1,000/month.
