Responsibilities
Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems
Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards
Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties
Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
Proper use of equipment and materials
Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets
Input timely hours
Supervise flooring service maintenance crews
Qualifications
All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town
Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
18 years of age or older
Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
Authorized to work in the United States
Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test
