Open Competitive Opportunity Your Specific Responsibilities

Provide timely technical assistance and programmatic support to Ryan White Part B Lead Agencies and HOPWA project sponsors statewide to ensure effective planning and implementation of services to persons with HIV.

Assist with client eligibility requirements, annual budget submissions, reporting of fiscal and programmatic data, understanding program manuals and service standards, addressing client inquiries and complaints, and providing guidance based on HUD and HRSA policy, HIV Patient Care policies, and state policies and procedures.

Conduct programmatic and compliance monitoring, coordinate site visits and desk audits, assess compliance, recommend corrective actions, and support County Health Department contract managers and subcontractors responsible for Ryan White Part B and HOPWA contracts.

Assist with development and maintenance of policies, procedures, manuals, training materials and other technical assistance resources for the Patient Care Unit and the Ryan White Part B Lead Agencies and HOPWA Project Sponsors.

Collaborate with other Patient Care work units to develop and ensure strategies for linkage, retention and re‑engagement in care supported by Community Programs.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Basic data‑analysis skills.

Knowledge of data collection and analysis.

Understanding of budgets, contracts, public health services, Ryan White HIV programs and HOPWA programs.

Qualifications

Minimum: HS Diploma/GED.

Preferred

AA, BS, or BA.

Florida Contract Manager or Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM).
