Oversee maintenance and performance of piping and mechanical equipment in power plants
Drive troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts for complex mechanical issuesi>
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to execute maintenance activities
Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance and employee well-being
Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 12 years of experience in mechanical operations and maintenance within the power generation industry
Strong technical knowledge of power plant piping and equipment systems
Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for mechanical systems
Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices related to power plant operations and safety
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
