Overview We are currently seeking a Project Superintendent for our Water Division in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities
Overall management of field operations
Create and manage project schedule
Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
Establish budgets and control cost
Identify and eliminate causes of cost variances
Identify project risk and mitigate it
Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor
Conduct systematic quality control inspections
Follow company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards
Manage jobsite cleanliness
Prepare daily time cards for personnel under supervision
Prepare daily logs
Qualifications
High School diploma
6+ years of experience
Basic computer skills preferred
Specific roles may require relocation
