We’re hiring a
Senior Tax Advisor
to work directly with dental and medical practice owners in a
true advisory role —not a high‑volume compliance position.
The Role This is a
client‑facing, strategy‑driven position
where you’ll help business owners make better tax and financial decisions.
You’ll collaborate with a strong internal team while gradually ramping into full ownership of advisory relationships.
Growth & Ramp Path We don’t throw advisors into the deep end.
Year 1 – Ramp & Integration
Sit in on and co‑lead tax planning and advisory meetings
Learn our advisory frameworks, playbooks, and communication standards
Focus on building confidence, client trust, and strategy delivery
Year 2 – Lead Advisor
Lead tax planning meetings independently
Own proactive tax strategy and outcomes
Mentor junior advisors and help shape best practices
What You’ll Do
Lead and support tax planning conversations with business owners
Review business and individual tax returns (1040, 1120S, 1065)
Translate complex tax concepts into clear, actionable guidance
Partner with accounting and offshore teams to ensure execution
Serve as a trusted advisor—not just a preparer
Who This Role Is For This role is
not entry‑level .
Have
4–8+ years of public accounting experience
Are confident discussing tax strategy with business owners
Enjoy advisory conversations more than pure compliance work
Want long‑term growth into senior advisory or leadership roles
Prefer flexibility without sacrificing career progression
CPA or EA preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Target total compensation: $115,000–$155,000
Competitive base salary plus advisory & firm performance bonuses
Stock options for Leadership Roles
Compensation increases as client responsibility grows
40 hours most of the year; 45–50 during tax season
Fully paid firm‑wide winter break (last two weeks of the year)

Clear path to Advisory Manager, CFO Pod Lead, and leadership roles
