Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounting Clerk based in Selkirk, NY. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for daily bookkeeping tasks, processing financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, preparing financial statements, managing accounting software, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team as needed to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Process daily bookkeeping tasks and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate accounting records.
Prepare financial statements.
Manage and maintain accounting software.
Reconcile accounts.
Support finance team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Accounting Software and knowledge of related technologies.
Experience with Bookkeeping and a strong understanding of standard accounting practices.
Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles with attention to detail.
Ability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements accurately and efficiently.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desirable.
