Highlights of the QMAP Position

Certification as QMAP and meeting the state's specific certification requirements (required)

A minimum of six (6) months relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)

Ability to communicate effectively (in English) both verbally and in writing with residents and staff

Responsible for medication assistance or administration of medications, according to state requirements and written physician’s orders

Ideal candidate will be caring, organized and able to multi‑task

The base range represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
