About the Role We are seeking an experienced BIM Specialist - Digital Delivery to join our innovative team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will coordinate our Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities and digital delivery across our design and construction projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirements
Coordinate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes
Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
Analyze and optimize BIM workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
Conduct regular quality assurance checks on BIM deliverables
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in digital design and construction
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM-related issues
Prepare and deliver BIM training programs for staff and project teams
What do we need from you
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirable
Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination
Proven track record of successfully coordinating large‑scale design or construction projects using BIM
Advanced proficiency in BIM software, particularly ACC, Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization tools
In‑depth understanding of BIM standards best practices and digital design and construction workflows
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Experience with digital delivery implementation in design and construction projects
Automation & Dashboarding skills
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in UAE & KSA is advantageous
