General Manager – Sales / Operations Manager
Amazing Lash Studio® is seeking a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio.

Management Responsibilities
Lead a consistently high‑performing team that strives to win.
Provide continuous feedback and serve as a hands‑on role model for staff.
Drive motivation to exceed personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals.
Cultivate a positive culture with team recognition and studio contests.
Maintain a friendly environment for guests, greeting and attending to customer questions promptly.
Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and customer service functions.
Ensure the studio is clean and impeccably maintained.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to ensure operations run smoothly.
Availability to work early openings and late closings, 7 days a week.
Excellent problem‑solving, goal setting, and delegation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and project management skills.
Competent trainer and motivator.
Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.
