Administrative Assistant – Reeves Lavallee, P.C. Associate Pastor – Friends Church Anaheim Campus The Job Purpose Develop, coordinate and implement Gatherings, including weekend services as well as special events, at the Friends Church Anaheim Campus.

Your Mission

Execute Vision and Strategy

Partner with the Lead Pastor and leadership team to help the church live out its mission, vision, and values to impact both individuals and our community with the good news of Jesus.

Be an active presence in both the church and city of Anaheim, fostering meaningful relationships and connections.

Manage Campus Operations

Oversee the planning and oversight of the Anaheim facility including the contractual and aesthetic design of the building that best communicates a culture of hospitality and invitation. Ensure that all facilities are operational, safe, and welcoming.

Empower Volunteers

Cultivate a culture of joy, warmth, and service that mirrors the love and values of God’s kingdom.

Equip and support volunteer leaders and teams to live out their gifts and calling with confidence.

Build systems and pathways that attract, equip, and empower volunteers to thrive spiritually as they serve.

Oversee Communications & Events

Direct all campus communications, creatively telling the story of Friends Anaheim through various platforms.

Contribute to planning and executing events that engage both the church and broader Anaheim community.

Guide Groups & Discipleship

Oversee group ministries (Life Groups, Alpha, Rooted, etc.) to create opportunities for people to grow spiritually and experience authentic, supportive relationships.

Equip group leaders, create engaging content, and implement systems that ensure a dynamic groups ministry.

What We're Looking For

Spiritual Maturity:

A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ, adherence to Friends Church Statement of Faith, Core Values, and a clear calling to with a passion for discipleship.

Ministry Experience:

3–5 years ministry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, with demonstrated success in organization and leadership development.

Core Competencies:

Activator, executor, designer, change manager, team builder, equipper, detail oriented, interpersonal effectiveness, committed to excellence, collaborative, strategic decision-maker, winsome in relationships.

Strategic Vision:

Skills in program development, event planning, budget management, and team leadership, with the ability to set and achieve measurable ministry goals.

Educational Foundation:

Bachelor's degree in theology, ministry, or related field, with commitment to obtain commissioning through Friends Southwest (FSW).

Heart for Friends Church:

Active membership at Friends Church with full alignment to our mission, values, and ministry approach, including participation in church-wide initiatives.

Employee Health Team – Green Bay Packaging Inc. Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Administrative Support

Assist with office tasks and maintain smooth daily operations.

Support drug and alcohol screen collections with professionalism and accuracy.

Provide assistance to the Emergency Response Team as needed.

Design and update our Health Board with fresh, seasonal wellness content.

Plan and coordinate employee contests that encourage participation and build community.

Refresh and enhance PowerPoint presentations with engaging visuals and clear messaging.

Comfortable working in both office and plant settings.

Hours worked are flexible!

Adaptable to a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Canva.

Creativity in designing engaging content and activities.

Dependability and professionalism in handling sensitive health-related tasks.

Ability to thrive in both office and plant environments.
