Associate Selling Team Leader – Full-time To be a full‑time Associate Selling Team Leader, you will act as the Store Team Leader's "go‑to" for developing and implementing business strategy and leading all daily store operations. Your passion is training and coaching your team into high‑performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team will meet sales goals, maintain merchandising brand standards, and deliver operational excellence. Job Description This position focuses on driving sales, developing people, improving operations, and ensuring compliance with store policies and brand standards.

Your Responsibilities

You have a passion for driving sales: As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you are an expert at maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class guest experience. You contribute to the store’s overall financial success by analyzing reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions. You serve as the Store Team Leader’s right hand in developing short‑ and long‑term business plans to drive key KPIs.

You’re a people leader: You motivate and inspire your team through AEO’s core values. You role‑model leadership and hold your team accountable for rocking AEO’s customer service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.

You’ve got an eye for talent and a love of training: You prioritize recruiting and hiring strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs. You’re proud of training and developing your team so they continue to provide outstanding service.

You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You consistently give performance feedback through real‑time coaching, make team touch‑bases, development plans, and performance reviews a priority, and drive associate engagement by celebrating outstanding performance – #winning!

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
