Pay and Location Pay range (depending on experience): $120,000 - 140,000/yr + additional bonus earnings potential. Location: Opportunity to work remote but based out of Southern CA.

Responsibilities

Oversight in the overall contract management process from initiation to execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Participate in the process of reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and client contracts and licensing agreements.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to mitigate risks and ensure that contract terms are favorable.

Maintain contract database and tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date contract records.

Monitor contract performance and compliance with contractual obligations, including payment terms, delivery schedules and service level agreements.

Collaborate in the development and implementation of contract management processes and procedures to streamline and improve efficiency.

Licensing

Research and analyze all licensing requirements and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.

Serve as the liaison with partners, licensors, and regulatory agencies as necessary to facilitate the licensing process and resolve any issues or concerns.

Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract and licensing matters, including training and education as needed.

Collaborate with legal on assigned projects to ensure we meet all the necessary requirements for licensure in a timely manner.

Assist with the Registered agent to ensure compliance with State regulations for all the registered corporations under the Parent Company.

Assist the VP of Accreditation and Regulatory affairs to establish the necessary requirements to receive continued Accreditation/Deemed Status.

Supervise

Direct oversight of the Contracts and Licensing Coordinator whose main responsibility is to verify and maintain the credentials and qualifications of all licensed agencies. This person is also trained to back up the Contracts and Licensing responsibilities.

Cross Collaboration

Collaborate with all departments to ensure alignment on contract terms, pricing, and service delivery.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and facilitate the successful execution of licensing requirements and contracts.

Act as a liaison between the organization and external partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring mutual understanding of all licensing and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

Degree in business admin, legal studies or related field is preferred.

Experience in licensing, business development, and contract negotiations.

Contract review and analysis experience.

Understanding of licensing and contract law and principles relevant to the industry.

Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team.

Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Proficiency with contract management software and analytics.

Ability to work in fast paced environment and stay organized.
