We are searching for a
Physical Therapist Assistant
to join our Venice, FL clinic. The right candidate will apply expert clinical skills to meet patient needs with empathy and understanding, working closely and under the direction of a physical therapist to assist patients through prescribed one‑on‑one exercise, hands‑on care, and patient education.

Responsibilities
Assist in evaluation of client’s daily living skills and capacities to determine extent of abilities and limitations
Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques including exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living, and isokinetic program
Observe patients during treatments and report observations to the physical therapist
Communicate with staff and other health team members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs
Qualifications
Current Florida Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licensure
HIPAA knowledge
Outpatient PTA experience
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
