Primary Purpose Help customers and answer telephone calls.
Duties and Responsibilities
Promptly review the work schedule at the start of the shift.
Help customers at the counter.
Answer and assist with telephone calls.
Verify identification of customers for products when required.
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Meet state required minimum age.
Successfully complete background check and drug screening.
Read, write, and communicate effectively to complete job duties.
Complete the 60‑day probationary period.
Meet ergonomic and physical requirements and base scores for this position.
Use or learn to use the equipment and tools used for this job.
Meet company performance standards including regular attendance.
Perform all job functions safely.
Wear the assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.
Physical Requirements
Shift hours: minimum 4‑hour shifts or more depending on business needs.
Job cycles: continual max.
Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
Category IV lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
Max pull static: 20 lbs.
Preferred Requirements
Understand company policy and procedures.
Follow all state and federal laws and pharmacy rules and standards.
Know MSDS information about all materials used during work.
Complete Lockout/Tagout training.
Complete Confined Space training.
Complete Right‑to‑Know training.
Complete HIPAA for Pharmacy Associates training.
Complete all additional pharmacy training requirements.
