Base pay range $70,376.40/yr – $87,970.50/yr

Position Responsibilities

The Warehouse Supervisor, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities

You will staff, schedule, train, evaluate, and develop warehouse team members

You will oversee warehouse productivity by ensuring that customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximized

You will allocate necessary space for stock rotation, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and implement product loss controls

Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

Associate's Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or a High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree
