Team Coordinator – Dunham's Sports

Overview Dunham's Sports, one of the largest full-line sporting goods chains in the U.S., was founded in 1937 as Dunham's Bait & Tackle. We currently have over 250 stores in 25+ states. We are looking for smiling, enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals with knowledge of sporting goods to provide our customers with excellent service in a fast‑paced, varied environment.
We are currently seeking Team Coordinator candidates. This position will be responsible for the merchandising of specific departments and leading the store in sales for that area.

Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service (primary responsibility). Handle store opening and closing responsibilities. Perform merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store.
Qualifications Must have previous retail supervisory experience. Require product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics. Merchandising skills preferred. Desire and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.
