As a

Licensed Clinician , you’ll serve as an

Assessor , providing immediate triage and assessment to individuals for the North Central Clinic.

In a Typical Week, You Will

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with internal teams, medical providers, case managers, and community resources to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and licensing requirements.

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.

Respond to crises and provide crisis risk assessments as needed.

To be considered for the Clinician position You are required to have a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or another field approved by the North Dakota Board of Counseling Examiners and ND licensure as a LCSW or LPCC; OR a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and licensure as LMFT by the ND Board of Marriage and Family Therapy; OR a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology with eligibility for licensure as LMFT by the ND Board of Marriage and Family Therapy; OR a Doctorate in Psychology and ND licensure as a psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners.

This position requires a valid driver’s license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new‑hire orientation.
