We are currently seeking applicants for the Maintenance Assistant | Floor Tech position. This role offers a part‑time or full‑time schedule and may occasionally require evening or weekend work.
Responsibilities
Assists with grounds maintenance, community and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Receive and follow maintenance instructions from supervisor.
Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc.
Carry out routine maintenance and repair of the community and equipment, including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, floor care, painting, installation, etc.
Replace light bulbs, fluorescent lights, call lights, etc.
