Speech Language Pathologist
Hospital: Banner Rehabilitation Hospital West (in partnership with Select Medical)
Location: Peoria, AZ
Schedule: Per Diem / PRN
Compensation: $59.00 per hour
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required.

Responsibilities
Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs and physician direction.
Delegates and directs discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients.
Designs functional treatment programs for effective return to community activities.
Educates patients, families, students, co‑workers, and self.
Performs other professional duties associated with patient care, development of discipline‑specific therapy services, and program delivery.
Coordinates treatment program with other clinical/therapeutic services and community resources.
Minimum Qualifications
Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist.
Certified CLS or completion within first 90 days of employment.
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association.
