Setting : Outpatient
Services provided by the clinic : Medical & Cosmetic Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Hair Transplant, and Skin Cancer treatments.
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Dermatologist to join our well-established clinic in Pearland, TX. This is a full-time opportunity at a busy outpatient practice offering a robust patient base, modern equipment, and a supportive clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience and be comfortable managing high-volume caseloads.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dermatologic care to a diverse patient population
Diagnose and treat skin conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, and more
Perform in-office dermatologic procedures as needed
Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EMA EMR system
Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Requirements
Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution, and residency in dermatology.
Board Certified in Dermatology required.
Texas medical license.
Minimum of 2 years of independent clinical dermatology experience post-residency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable with high-volume outpatient practice.
Position Highlights
Productivity Bonus : 40-50% of collections.
Guaranteed base salary.
Patient Load : Average of 40 patients per day.
Work Schedule
Monday to Thursday : 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No weekend requirements.
On-call responsibilities to be discussed during the interview.
Start Date : Expected within 2 months (including credentialing timeline).
