Our Surgical Intensive Care (SICU) and Medical Intensive Care (MICU) Units provide comprehensive critical care to diverse patients. As an RN, you will ensure they feel comfortable and safe throughout treatment. This position allows you to enhance your critical care, trauma, and CRRT dialysis knowledge while making a difference each day.

A caregiver in this position works PRN (as needed) variable shifts and must work 48 hours within a six‑week period.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care.
Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN) program.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
External applicants: at least two years of recent experience in an acute care setting.
Internal applicants with less than two years’ experience may be considered after a 90‑day probationary period and Chief Nursing Officer review.
Military RN experience considered.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through AHA or American Red Cross.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience in a critical care setting.
Physical Requirements
Full range of body motion, including handling and lifting patients.
Manual and finger dexterity, and eye‑hand coordination.
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
Work under stressful conditions and irregular hours.
Exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluids.
Medium Work – exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally or 10 to 25 pounds frequently.
Physical demands exceed those of Light Work.
Personal Protective Equipment
Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range Minimum hourly: $41.00 Maximum hourly: $41.00 Actual compensation determined after considering work history, experience, skill set, and education. Shift differentials, overtime, and benefit package values are not included.
