Phlebotomist - Part Time
Labcorp is looking for a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center. You will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company.
Work Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. with rotational Saturdays 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Hours/location may vary.
Work Location:
Troy, Missouri

Job Responsibilities
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Enter patient information accurately and promptly.
Process billing information and collect payments when required.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency, or prior phlebotomy experience.
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation required.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Ability to pass a standardized color blind test.
1+ year of experience in an outpatient laboratory setting highly preferred.
