Core Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and thorough daily documentation of all patient care and interventions.
Transcribe physicians’ orders efficiently and ensure timely implementation of treatment plans.
Coordinate effectively with pharmacy for new medication orders and refills.
Prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed by the attending physician, ensuring the highest safety standards.
Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team and perform all essential nursing duties as directed by the Director of Nursing.
