Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Various Patients/Shifts
Join Aveanna Healthcare as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) providing private duty care to patients in the Locust Grove 22508 area. This role supports a variety of pediatric and adult patients, primarily those with low acuity and feeding tube requirements.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 7:45 am‑4:45 pm (full‑time, part‑time, or PRN; flexible days, nights, and weekends).
Location:
Locust Grove, VA 22508.
Acuity:
Low, Feeding Tube.

Qualifications
Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
Insert state‑specific requirement here
Must have reliable transportation
