Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days.
Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire).
TB skin test current within last 12 months.
Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation.
