Data Entry Operator II
– Altamonte Springs, FL Monday to Friday, 1:00 AM to 9:30 AM Pay: $17.20+ per hour; shift differential 10% for second shift, 15% for third shift Annual performance bonus potential Benefits

Review, interpret, edit and verify patient demographics Enter requisition data accurately and efficiently Use all inquiry functions on CRT Ensure data accuracy and completeness Maintain organized workstation and area Key minimum 500 requisitions per shift Keep up to date on new procedure changes and client keying requirements Qualifications
1‑3 years of experience; 1 year prior CRT experience required Physical & Mental Requirements
Lifting: 1–15 lb (frequent), 16–25 lb (occasional), 26–40 lb (seldom), >41 lb (assistance) Sit or stand for long periods; long hours of eye, hand coordination Perform repetitive tasks with dominant hand throughout the day Extensive use of phone and PC; typing/data entry Skills
Maintain composure while managing multiple tasks Adapt to change; analytical skills; excellent attention to detail Verbal and written communication; follow instructions Concentrate on task and detail; examine and observe details About the Team
