The Dispatch Coordinator plays a pivotal role in operations, working with moving crews, compliance personnel, and customers. We seek an innovative, forward‑thinking individual who is highly organized, socially confident, and exudes excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate can multitask, keep office functions running smoothly, and ensure all operational responsibilities are fulfilled while maintaining compliance with regulations. APPLY TO LEARN MORE Key Skills/Qualifications Detail oriented Skilled in documenting important data Strong phone skills Listening and verbal communication Astute, high energy, dependable Proficient in reporting Strong ability to multitask Ability to work effectively under pressure Must have 1-3 years Operations/Dispatch experience Core Responsibilities Plan and coordinate jobs Maintain driver/helper relationships Ensure adequate capacity for job coverage Answer the telephone and make follow‑up calls Field customer service inquiries Provide ETA updates in company software and make relevant notes in shipment notes Monitor drivers and ensure they follow DOT regulations and document/report violations Communicate with customer and driver schedules Log and track driver locations and activities Job Type:
