Job Overview Registered Vascular Technologist wanted. Looking for a technologist to work in various physician/client offices to assist in venous insufficiency ultrasounds, venous ablation, sclerotherapy, venaseal, varithena and ambulatory phlebectomy. Registry is required. Venous ablation experience preferred. This is a travel position with no required overnights.
Location and Travel Travel to Jacksonville, Orlando, Davenport, Gainesville, Lake Mary, the Villages, Ocala, Deland, Port Orange, and Daytona area may be required. Position main concentration will be Jacksonville, Deland, Daytona, areas. The highest concentration at this time is in the Jacksonville area. Most locations within an hour and a half to two hours of one another and one location per day. Three- to four days a week considered full time for health, dental and paid time off with 3/4 days a week average worked. Retirement offered after one year of employment. No weekends, overnights, or call required. No major holidays required.
Responsibilities
Assist in venous insufficiency ultrasounds
Perform venous ablation, sclerotherapy, venaseal, varithena and ambulatory phlebectomy
Gain access and administer tumescent when assisting in ablations
Qualifications
RVT, RPhS, RVS, RDCS, RDMS, or RCS
Registry required
Venous ablation experience preferred
