Average hourly rate: $14.00 (includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
Position type: On‑call
Shift availability: Monday–Thursday and Friday–Sunday (flexible; pick days)
Maximum of 30 hours per week
Shift start time: 5 pm
Paid: Car, cell phone, and computer provided
We are looking for an on‑call Crisis Support Worker to add to our team. A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work experience serving children and families is preferred. We will teach you the rest.
A Day in The Life
You will assist children after hours—transporting them to foster homes, helping in moderate crisis situations, and possibly providing support in hospitals or our offices. Your schedule is flexible, allowing you to choose the days that best fit your availability.
