Job Description Lincare is currently seeking a Respiratory Therapist / Nurse to join a growing team. This employee will be responsible for setting up home medical equipment, including ventilators, monitors, CPAP/BiPAP units, and other related equipment, as well as educating and training patients on the proper usage of prescribed equipment.

Job Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and provide education on home medical equipment including, but not limited to CPAP/BiPAP machines, nebulizers, oxygen concentrators, and mechanical ventilators.
Inspect, test, and adjust home medical equipment to ensure it is functioning safely and efficiently.
Review prescription and patient information to assess condition and determine suitable treatment administration, compatible with physician orders.
Maintain patient records in a complete and organized manner in compliance with accreditation standards.
Maintain current knowledge of respiratory home‑care techniques and relevant respiratory therapy concepts.
Work on‑call after hours and weekends as needed (frequency determined by center size and number of employees available).
