Advanceable ABA | In-Home ABA Therapy | Front Royal, VA and Surrounding Areas
We’re looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one‑on‑one in‑home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position focuses on helping children with autism reach important goals while engaging in the child’s natural environment.
Work Setting This is a home‑based ABA therapy position. Services are delivered in the child’s home.

Responsibilities
Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
Track progress through accurate session data and notes.
Communicate with families and the clinical team to support success.
Stay physically active during sessions (sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.).
Qualifications
Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
Schedule & Hours
Part‑time and full‑time RBT positions available.
Afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed).
15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs.
Pay & Perks
Hourly Pay Range: $23–$29/hour (based on experience and credentials).
