Job Description As a Registered Nurse | RN | Pulmonary Specialty, you will provide specialized nursing care to residents with both acute and chronic respiratory conditions. Your responsibilities include administering pulmonary treatments, monitoring respiratory health, educating patients and their families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of the best possible pulmonary care.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to senior residents with respiratory conditions.
Administer pulmonary treatments and monitor patient status.
Educate patients and families about respiratory health and self‑care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
Document interventions and patient responses accurately.
Qualifications
A fire and passion for working with seniors.
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
Must have an active RN license in the state of practice.
Prior experience in pulmonary care within a skilled nursing or healthcare environment (preferred).
Strong clinical skills and critical thinking for effectively managing respiratory conditions.
Excellent patient education abilities.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Compassionate, patient‑centered, and dedicated to delivering exceptional respiratory care.
Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
