Senior Environmental Licensing Specialist

Enercon Services’ Nuclear Services Group is seeking an experienced specialist to engage with regulatory agencies, collect and analyze environmental data, and support nuclear licensing projects nationwide.

Ft. Worth, TX
Plano, TX (Suburb of Dallas)

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive environmental impact assessments for proposed nuclear facilities, preparing reports in accordance with NRC, NEPA, and other regulatory standards.
Collect and evaluate environmental data during site visits, and support the development of technical content for reports and feasibility studies.
Engage stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and the public, presenting complex information and preparing communication materials.
Assist in the development and implementation of environmental protection measures, and travel as needed (approximately 10% of time, 3‑4 day trips).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Ecology, Biology, Geology, or related field.
Minimum six years of experience in environmental consulting, nuclear power, or related industry.
Working knowledge of NEPA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and other environmental regulations.
Experience collaborating with federal or state regulatory agencies.
Proficiency in developing technical and environmental reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work in the field 10% of the time.
Pay Range USD $96,000.00 – $148,000.00 per year.
