Registered Nurse (RN) – $7500 Sign On Bonus

Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr
Location Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania
Job Summary You will deliver exceptional nursing care, promote independence, dignity, and well‑being for residents. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop individualized care plans, monitor progress, provide education, and support families. A $7500 Sign On Bonus is available, along with a Pick Up Shift Bonus.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as necessary.
Educate residents and families on disease management, medication, and health topics.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records, including progress notes and medication administration records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions.
Requirements
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
Prior RN experience (new graduates are welcome).
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and empathetic patient‑care approach.
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed.
