Radiology Tech Assistant-PRN
Join AdventHealth as a Radiology Tech Assistant (PRN). You will support imaging procedures, assist patients, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe, clean environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with exam preparation, change attire, and verify identification.
Position patients, move equipment, and prepare exam rooms as directed by technologists.
Cleans and restocks imaging rooms between patients, ensuring infection control and readiness.
Maintains inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment, alerting staff when low.
Answers phones, relays messages, and supports communication between departments.
Greets, escorts, and transports patients to and from imaging areas, ensuring safety and comfort.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent (required).
Basic Life Support – CPR Certification (required).
Basic Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) training.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Work Schedule PRN – Day shift (United States of America).
Location 735 S 5th Ave, Wauchula, FL 33873.
Compensation $15.00 – $22.50 per hour.
