End User Support Specialist

Position Responsibilities
Support classified and unclassified desktop hardware.
Provide support to multiple program engineering and productivity applications.
Conduct CVE and POAM remediation activities.
Manage domain accounts and access.
Perform basic network troubleshooting.
Assist with planning and execution of upgrades to hardware and software.
Respond to and triage help desk inquiries for OS, applications, environment access, and network issues.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or higher.
Current CompTIA Security+ Certification.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
Experience with STIG activities.
Experience with Linux.
Experience with Exchange user management.
Experience with desktop image capturing and deployment.

Pay & Benefits We strive to deliver a total rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent. The base salary range for this position is $73,500 – $83,300, with additional variable compensation opportunities. Eligible employees may enroll in a variety of benefit programs, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off. Pay is based upon experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.
