Advantage SCI is seeking a Junior Military Forces Analyst to support the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) requirements in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS. In this role you will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable analysis and production with a focus on counter‑terrorism, counter‑insurgency, regional and transregional issues, energy, socio‑cultural, and assisting with collection methodology. Responsibilities

Conduct all‑source analytic production on foreign military forces, including organizations, command structure, strategy and doctrine, capabilities, equipment, operations and exercises, facilities, sustainment, leadership, and force disposition / order of battle.

Conduct all‑source analytic production on foreign military, insurgents, terrorists, and militant organizations.

Conduct and analyze database Order of Battle/Force Disposition.

Perform basic target development for all military, insurgent, and terrorist functional production areas.

Provide support to targeting by reviewing, evaluating, coordinating, and editing database records.

Develop training materials and conduct OJT for personnel.

Submit collection requests and source directed requirements.

Update database records in accordance with DoD and USCENTCOM policies/procedures.

Respond to RFIs, prepare and present briefings as required.

Perform analysis to accomplish battle damage assessment (BDA), produce BDA products, and assist with combat assessments.

Adhere to strict security protocols to safeguard classified information and ensure information security.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. It may require flexible support hours outside the standard duty hours of 0730‑1630, including weekend support, TDYs, deployments for targeting operations, and support to 24/7 targeting operations.

Required Experience

Minimum 4 years of All‑Source analysis experience, with a portion of that experience within the last 2 years.

Experience with ODNI’s analytic trade‑craft guidance and writing to Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), specifically ICDs 203, 205, 206, and 208.

All‑Source Intelligence Analysis experience focused on the USCENTCOM AOR.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (polygraph must be within scope – no exceptions).

Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co‑workers.

Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national‑level IC partners.

Education

Bachelor’s degree related to Military Forces Analysis and 4 years of Military Forces Analysis experience.

7 years of military forces analysis experience will be considered.
