Your Role As An Advanced Tire Technician As a Tire Technician, you will play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training that builds the skills needed for more advanced roles.
What You'll Do
Install and repair tires.
Operate balancers and tire machines.
Complete work orders accurately.
Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
Assist customers and co‑workers as needed.
Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
Your Skills & Qualifications
Service‑oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
Team collaboration skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Available to work Saturdays.
Authorized to work in the USA (18 +).
Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
Compensation & Perks
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 + per hour effective rate.
Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus.
Paid weekly.
