As a Field Service Technician you’ll install and maintain cutting‑edge home technology, providing expert service and turning every appointment into a reliable partnership with our customers.
What You’ll Do
Install and service smart home technology, ensuring components work reliably and meet customer expectations.
Turn each installation and service call into new revenue opportunities or customer referrals.
Act with honesty and integrity while interacting with customers.
Qualifications
Exceptional customer service skills.
Sales experience – car sales, retail sales, insurance sales, B2C sales, call center, or related fields.
Field technician background – cable installation, internet installation, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar technician, or comparable experience.
Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
Thrives both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Demands
Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
Climb ladders up to 14 feet.
Work in attics and other limited‑space areas.
Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
