Location: Lynnwood, WA
Annual Salary: $67,600 – $94,600
Hourly rate ranges from $24.13 to $24.38 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Oversee store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, and human resources management.
Manage merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum age requirement of 21.
Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Prior retail management experience is required.
