Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Use our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and a commitment to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
This position will be eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits as per applicable plans and programs.
