Job Summary As a Retail Banker III you are a front‑line customer service provider and first point of contact for the banking customer. The teller accepts retail and commercial checking and savings deposits; processes loan payments; cashes checks and savings withdrawals; assists with night depository and vault duties; promotes business for the bank by maintaining excellent customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
Responsibilities
Accept retail and commercial checking and savings deposits.
Process loan payments.
Cash checks and savings withdrawals.
Assist with night depository and vault duties.
Promote bank business by maintaining excellent customer relations.
Refer customers to appropriate staff for new services.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years retail banker (teller) experience.
Cash handling experience.
Customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills.
High School Diploma Required.
