S&T Bank Location: 25 E Philadelphia St., Armagh, PA 15920 Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (Must be flexible around branch hours) Function: Responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service related to branch operations on the teller line in conjunction with sales and platform duties, including meeting assigned sales goals, in support of Individual and Branch production goals. Shared responsibility of duties is dictated by the business needs of the branch. Responsibilities

Operate a customer service window efficiently and accurately, providing exceptional service for a variety of transactions. Verify customer identity, enforce fraud prevention measures, and protect customer and bank interests. Accept deposits, verify endorsements, issue receipts, and process checks or coupons for cashing. Accept savings deposits and perform related withdrawals. Provide additional customer services, such as bank money orders and other services. Accept various loan payments or other types of payments. Balance window cash daily and perform ATM settlement where applicable. Assist in vault balancing when required. Profile customers to recommend appropriate S&T loan and deposit products. Utilize all sales tools to enhance the customer experience and conduct the S&T sales process. Document all interactions in the appropriate system for future reference. Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to increase loyalty. Close business and perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Execute sales and service behaviors in alignment with the Bank’s purpose and core values. Participate in branch sales call campaigns and perform outbound calls as outlined in the branch playbook. Complete loan applications using LOS software and prepare loan documentation. Maintain a good working relationship with bank employees in other departments. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Two to five years of general and specialized experience, including successful completion of the retail training program and CSR/RSA training programs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to contribute to branch success. Education

Operates a keypad device 70% of the day; operates electronic equipment 10% of the day; operates office equipment 10% of the day. Standing required 2 hours per day in a straight position. Sitting required 5 hours per day in a leaning position. Lifts up to 10 lbs. routinely, 2 times per day. Maximum lift 20 lbs. one time per day. Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs. Typing and data entry up to 40% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18”–20” for computer work.
