The leadership team has collectively executed approximately $1.6 billion in real estate acquisitions and development across a range of asset classes. The platform sponsors both commingled and single-investment vehicles and provides asset management and advisory services across diversified real estate strategies. Backed by an experienced ownership group, the firm maintains access to multiple sources of capital and operates with the ability to execute transactions efficiently across market cycles.
The firm is seeking a highly motivated professional to join its investments and asset management team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of acquisition, underwriting, financing, and asset management activities across multiple property types nationwide, including office, industrial, retail, and medical assets. This is a growth-oriented opportunity designed for an individual looking to build a strong foundation in real estate investing while working closely with senior leadership across the full life cycle of a transaction.
Key Responsibilities
Support investment underwriting, financial modeling, and analysis for new acquisition opportunities
Assist with acquisition and transaction due diligence, including site visits, market evaluation, and coordination with third-party consultants
Conduct market, economic, and demographic research to evaluate investment opportunities and competitive property sets
Organize, analyze, and maintain sales and leasing comparables data
Participate in deal sourcing initiatives, including outreach to property owners and brokers
Prepare written and verbal materials for internal investment committee presentations
Assist with financial reporting in accordance with lender and investor requirements
Review monthly property-level financial statements and collaborate with internal accounting teams
Support the preparation and ongoing review of property-level budgets and business plans
Assist with asset disposition processes, including broker engagement, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and closing coordination
Help develop and maintain brokerage, lender, and strategic industry relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Business Administration
1–4 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment advisory, finance, or development
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities; advanced Excel skills preferred
Experience with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office suite
Exposure to Argus or similar real estate underwriting is required
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated desire for increased responsibility and accountability
