With a team of over 700 dedicated staff, we impact the lives of over 10,000 students and families across Arizona.
Location:
Hybrid (Arizona Residents Only); Tempe, AZ
Salary Range:
$40,000.00–45,000.00 annually

Key Responsibilities
Own full‑cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruiting strategies
Develop and execute outreach plans to build diverse candidate pipelines
Maintain clear, timely, and supportive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure compliance with state and federal hiring regulations
Represent AMS at hiring events and networking engagements
Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday experience a plus
Knowledge of employment law and best hiring practices
Passion for education and commitment to equity and inclusion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting in education or nonprofit sectors
Demonstrated success with social media recruiting and brand engagement
