Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital, a leading not‑for‑profit health system, is seeking an experienced development leader to oversee major gifts fundraising, including capital, endowment, and special project solicitation. The role will develop cultivation strategies, manage a portfolio of top prospects, and represent the organization in the community.

Responsibilities
Implement all aspects of a comprehensive major gifts fundraising program.
Solicit capital, endowment, special project, and sponsorship gifts for hospital events.
Develop and execute cultivation strategies for assigned prospects to close major gifts.
Maintain and grow a portfolio of top prospects in collaboration with patients, donors, board members, and staff.
Identify and expand new volunteer and financial support opportunities among patients and friends.
Provide personalized stewardship to assigned donors.
Assist with community relations and represent the organization at community events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA or equivalent).
Minimum five years of experience in fundraising or marketing/sales leadership.
Proven experience in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and providing stewardship for major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
Experience managing major components of an effective development program.
Professionalism in appearance, appropriate business attire, and strong oral and written communication skills.
Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential encouraged but not required.
Salary Estimated salary range: $126,148.63 – $163,993.22 per year, commensurate with experience.
