Overview The Senior Manager, Customer Solutions & Reconciliation is responsible for leading strategic initiatives across BUS & BCA that support multiple client groups in daily reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and risk mitigation across financial operations. This role drives excellence in account management by influencing stakeholders, negotiating solutions, and fostering collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. The Senior Manager will lead process optimization efforts, deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive oversight and strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Influence decision-making and build alignment across cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial goals.

Negotiation & Issue Resolution: Lead negotiations and resolve complex account discrepancies with internal stakeholders and external clients to maintain financial integrity.

Account Review & Oversight: Conduct periodic strategic reviews of customer accounts, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Reconciliation & Invoicing: Oversee invoice and payment reconciliation processes, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and adherence to best practices.

Process Optimization: Analyze, redesign, and optimize account structures to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and enhance customer experience.

Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, implement best practices, and leverage technology/automation tools to improve speed, accuracy, and transparency.

Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (sales, finance, operations, service, customer service) and external stakeholders to deliver seamless account management and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

10+ years of experience in account reconciliation or financial operations.

3+ years in a manager role with proven ability to influence and negotiate at multiple levels.

Proficiency in ERP systems and reconciliation tools.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
